How to maintain sales office in SAP
To define or maintain sales office in SAP, use the transaction code (t-code) “OVX1” or navigation path “Enterprise Structure => Definition => Sales and Distribution => Maintain Sales Office.

Step 1: Enter t-code “SPRO” in command field from the screen SAP Easy Access.
Step 3: Expand the navigation path Enterprise Structure > Definition > Sales and Distribution (SD) and choose “Maintain Sales Office”.
Step 4: In next screen, list of defined sales offices in SAP displays with complete details. Go to new entries option to create new sales offices in SAP as per the requirements of client.
Step 5: Enter the following details:
- Sales Office: Enter the 4 digits alpha numerical key that defines as the sales office in SAP.
- Description: Enter/ Specify the name of sales office
Press enter key and update the address details for all sales office with required details.
After maintaining the required sales offices in SAP, click on save icon and save the details.
